Job summary

Le Meas Executive Search partners with a Financial Services firm to appoint an Information Technology / Security Operations Officer for Dublin.

The role reports to the Head of IS and will help develop and maintain IT and Information Security processes across the Group, including ITSCM, IAM, and AI use case definition.

Candidates should have 5+ years in IT/Info Security Ops, ITIL knowledge, and strong collaboration skills to translate complex technical topics to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Information Security Operations.
• Sound knowledge of ITSM processes and information security concepts.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into business language and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Information Technology: manage end-user support, change adoption and IT service provider coordination.
• Information Security: support IAM-based access management, vulnerability management and security operations.
• IT Service Continuity Management: update and maintain ITSCM framework and related plans.
• Artificial Intelligence: assist definition of AI use cases and technical implementation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with business owners and line managers.
