We are partnering with a global professional services organisation to appoint a Security Operations Manager into a key leadership position within its international cyber security function.
This is an opportunity to lead a globally distributed Security Operations capability, managing teams across multiple jurisdictions while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, incident response readiness, and SOC maturity initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of a 24/7 security function, working closely with regional security leaders and technical teams to identify, assess, and respond to emerging cyber threats across a complex enterprise environment.
This role combines people leadership, operational oversight and strategic improvement. You will be responsible for leading an established team while driving enhancements across security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management and automation initiatives.
You will work closely with infrastructure, cloud, application, risk and audit stakeholders, ensuring security operations remain aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
This role would suit an experienced security leader who is comfortable operating within a mature corporate environment where governance, process and collaboration are critical.
