Job summary

Meta's Global Response Operations team focuses on risk management and real-time decision making to identify, assess, and address threats and incidents at scale.

In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for the India market, applying regional knowledge to evaluate risk signals and coordinate cross-functional response efforts across policy, trust and safety, legal, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, trust and safety, policy operations, or a related field.
• Fluency in written and conversational Hindi, required to review and assess Hindi-language content on the platform and coordinate with local-language stakeholders in the India market.
• Experience analyzing complex, ambiguous situations and applying structured frameworks to determine the appropriate courses of action.
• Experience handling and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
