Job summary

Corlann – West Region, Hyde Services (Kilkerrin, North Galway or Roscommon Town) is seeking a permanent full-time Team Leader (CNM1 or SCL Grade). The role will lead day-to-day service delivery, supervise teams and support person-centred planning in line with Personal Outcome Measures ethos.

The post requires a relevant nursing qualification, CORU/NMBI registration, and a commitment to standards and continuous improvement; a full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• 3rd level nursing qualification with live registration from NMBI or CORU.
• CORU registration or registration under Social Care Workers Register - CORU.
• QQI Level 6 Health and Social Care Management or commitment to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to teams.
• Assist with development of services in line with national standards and best practice.
• Support person-centred planning using Personal Outcome Measures.
• Manage resources and staffing, rosters and staff development, ensuring good quality of life for people supported.
• Foster effective communication and professional leadership within a team environment.
