Job summary

CORLANN is seeking a permanent full-time Team Leader (CNM1 or SCL Grade) for Hyde Services (Kilkerrin, North Galway or Roscommon Town). The role focuses on leading front-line teams, implementing person-centred planning and ensuring service quality in line with national standards.

Applicants should have a nursing qualification with NMBI registration or CORU registration, plus a management qualification (QQI Level 6) or commitment to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Eligible applicants must have a relevant 3rd level nursing qualification and an active NMBI Live Register certificate.
• Alternatively be registered with CORU or eligible under the CORU route (evidence of application status).
• Commitment to obtaining Health & Social Care Management QQI Level 6 if not held.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teams to deliver person-centred services.
• Assist Team Manager with service development and national standards compliance.
• Manage rosters, staffing, resource planning and staff development.
• Ensure strong community integration and advocacy for people with disabilities.
• Promote personal outcome measures and ethical practice.
