Job summary

Corlann – West Region in Galway City & County is seeking a Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations of the BEO Services, ensuring a person-centred approach and strong leadership across the staff team.

The role requires a relevant third-level qualification in Social Care or Health, CORU or NMBI registration, 3+ years of experience with intellectual disabilities, and a driving licence. It is a permanent full-time position with a flexible, service-wide view.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Social Care or Health Sector (e.g. Nursing).
• Current Live Register Certificate from NMBI or registration with CORU for Social Care Workers.
• Experience of leading teams and delivering person-centred services.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the service.
• Provide leadership and supervision at local level.
• Ensure services reflect the organisation’s values and personal outcome measures.
• Manage staffing, rosters, and staff development within a person-centred framework.
