Job summary

Corlann West Region seeks a Permanent Full-Time Team Leader (CNM1 or SCL Grade) to oversee Hyde Adult services from Kilkerrin or Roscommon Town. The role focuses on day-to-day service delivery, person-centred planning, and staff supervision, ensuring alignment with national standards and best practice.

You will lead rosters, support staff development, and foster community integration for people with disabilities, including autism or behaviours of concern.

Qualifications

• Hold an appropriate qualification in Health and Social Care Management (QQI Level 6) or be prepared to obtain it before taking the post.
• Minimum of three years post-qualification experience working with people with an Intellectual Disability.
• Demonstrate commitment to community integration, human rights and advocacy.
• Experience in autism and behaviours of concern is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of services and supervise teams to ensure high quality care.
• Assist Team Manager with service management, person-centred planning and staffing.
• Oversee rosters, staff development, communication, and professional leadership.
• Ensure life quality for supported people in line with Personal Outcome Measures.
