Job summary

Corlann – West Region seeks an experienced Team Manager (CNM2/SCM2) to lead a team delivering services to adults and children with intellectual disabilities in Galway. You will guide person-centred care, ensure operational management, and work with regional leaders to meet service plans and budgets.

The role requires a 3rd level qualification in Social Care/Health, management experience, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

3rd level qualification in Social Care or Health Sector with registration options.
QQI Level 6 in Health and Social Care Management or willingness to obtain it.
At least 5 years post-qualification experience, incl. 3 in management in ID services.
Full clean driving licence and ability to work across locations.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for the team and develop person-centred services.
Support staff and manage operations at specified service locations within budget.
Collaborate with Service Coordinator/Area Manager to deliver efficient services.
Lead service development and hold PIC responsibility where applicable.
