Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is recruiting a Social Care Worker for children’s residential services in Ireland. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a safe, structured and nurturing environment, supporting children and young people to develop independence and life skills.

Responsibilities include contributing to individual care plans, safeguarding and positive behaviour support, while complying with CORU registration requirements and flexible rosters.

Qualifications

• Be registered on the CORU Social Care Workers Register or have CORU-approved qualification and evidence of application.
• Hold a CORU-acceptable qualification in Social Care or related field meeting CORU requirements.
• Be fully flexible to work across residential rosters, including unsociable hours.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary residential team to support children and young people in a safe, structured environment.
• Help young people develop independence, resilience and life skills; contribute to care plans and safeguarding.
