Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is seeking a Social Care Worker for a leading children’s residential services provider in Ireland. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team in a safe, nurturing residential setting, supporting children and young people to build independence and life skills.

The role requires CORU registration or an eligible qualification, a full Irish driving license, and flexibility across rosters, including unsociable hours. A competitive benefits package is on offer.

Qualifications

• Must be registered on the CORU Social Care Workers Register or hold a CORU-approved Social Care Worker qualification with evidence of application.
• Hold an appropriate qualification in Social Care or Applied Social Studies meeting CORU requirements.
• Must hold a full, clean Irish manual driving license and be eligible to live and work in Ireland.
• Fully flexible to work across residential rosters, including unsociable hours.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary residential team supporting children and young people in a safe, structured environment.
• Help young people develop independence, resilience and life skills.
• Contribute to individual care plans, safeguarding, positive behaviour support and day-to-day residential operations.
