Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited seeks a Social Care Leader for a leading provider of children’s residential services in Ireland. The role centers on supporting a high-quality team and leading care for children and young people in a residential setting.

Applicants should have CORU registration or eligibility, plus at least three years’ relevant experience, and hold a clean Irish driving licence. Excellent benefits and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• CORU registration or eligibility required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a Children & Families Service or similar.
• Full, clean Irish manual driving licence and eligibility to live/work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, therapeutic, structured, nurturing environment for children and young people.
• Lead and guide the care team to maintain high standards of practice.
• Contribute to individual care planning, safeguarding, risk management, and day-to-day operations.
