Caremark Meath and Louth is hiring a Field Care Supervisor based at our Ashbourne Office in Ireland. You will report to the Care Manager and drive the operational excellence of the designated care areas, coordinating and supporting Care & Support Workers to maintain person-centred care and high service standards.

This is a field‑based role with about 95% of time in the community and 5% in the office for essential admin.

Qualifications

• Good level of English, written and spoken.
• Experience in home care or field supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence for designated care areas and support workers.
• Schedule management to monitor and support Care & Support Workers and clients.
• Maintain field-based quality control and enforce person-centred care standards.
• Balance field engagement (≈95%) with essential administrative office tasks (≈5%).

You will report directly to the Care Manager and work a consistent rota from Tuesday to Saturday , 8.00-12.00 & 16.30-20.30 , totalling 40 hours per week.

What You'll Do:

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the operational excellence of your designated care areas. You will strategically manage your schedule to effectively monitor and provide unparalleled support to our Care & Support Workers and clients. Your primary focus will be in the field, dedicating approximately 95% of your working week to direct engagement. This hands-on approach ensures robust oversight, promotes best practices, and guarantees the highest standards of person-centred care delivery. The remaining 5% of your time will be spent in the office, efficiently managing essential administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
