Westcare Homecare is seeking a Care Supervisor in Galway to oversee the delivery of high-quality home care services and ensure care plans are followed and updated. You will supervise and support care staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.

The role involves client visits, spot checks, monitoring satisfaction, and addressing concerns promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This position is on site.

Qualifications

• Completed QQI Level 6 or above.
• Full clean Irish Driving Licence and access to own car.
• Relevant experience in the Healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high‑quality home care services and ensure care plans are followed and updated.
• Supervise and support care staff, providing training, guidance, and evaluations.
• Conduct client visits, spot checks, monitor satisfaction, and address concerns; liaise with private clients.
