Job summary

Care Connect Group is seeking Field Care Supervisors in Cork to support clients at home, helping with daily tasks and personal care while promoting independence. You will operate from the Little Island office and work within a dynamic team committed to high-quality home care.

Applicants should have 1 year of paid home care experience, QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support, and a valid driving licence. Strong English, flexibility for alternate weekends, and HSELand training are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of paid home care experience.
• QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support up to date.
• Patient Moving and Handling Certificate and all mandatory HSELand training.
• Full driving licence with access to a car.
• Good standard of English both spoken and written.
• Available to work alternative weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support with daily tasks and personal care.
• Help maintain the independence of individuals in their home.
• Be supported by the local Little Island office.
