Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a Lead, Identity & Access Management (IAM) User Operations to govern IAM controls across enterprise platforms. You will drive security, risk mitigation, and automation in collaboration with Security, Audit, and Risk teams.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence a couple of days per week and occasional after-hours support to meet operational needs. You will mentor team members and advance IAM maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years in IAM, security operations or related roles.
• Experience owning or leading IAM operational activities and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IAM operational processes across enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate access related risks, exceptions, and control gaps.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Audit, Compliance and Risk teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance IAM processes and leverage automation.
• Maintain IAM standards, procedures, and metrics for audit readiness.
• Provide guidance and mentorship on IAM best practices.
• Support remediation efforts with audit and risk teams.
