You will govern identity programs across global entities, aligning architectural intent with risk and business value. The role requires deep IAM expertise, proven strategy development, and collaboration with PMO and engineering teams to ensure measurable ROSI and security

Qualifications

Deep experience in cybersecurity and/or identity architecture (IAM/CIAM).
Proven ability to define enterprise IAM/CIAM strategy, target-state architecture, and roadmaps.
Experience shaping initiatives and developing project charters for portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

Define workforce IAM and CIAM target state architectures, controls, standards and patterns.
Develop identity response strategies for emerging technologies and AI identities.
Shape IAM projects and transformation initiatives with governance momentum.
Provide architectural governance for identity initiatives, including standards and reviews.
Collaborate with domain leads and PMO to align roadmaps with enterprise priorities.
