This position partners with security, technology, audit, and business stakeholders to ensure IAM processes are secure, compliant, and scalable.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, risk awareness, and the ability to influence IAM control maturity across platforms such as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.As a member of Central Security Services (CSS), you will play a critical role in protecting enterprise resources, strengthening access governance, and advancing security controls across a global organization. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern IAM technologies, drive automation and process improvements, and partner with leaders across Security, Risk, Audit, and Technology to deliver secure and efficient access management solutions.This position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring weekly basis at least 2 days p/week. This role will require intermittent work outside of standard business hours to support operational needs.What You Can Expect on a Typical DayOversee IAM operational processes and outcomes, ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant access management across enterprise platforms.Evaluate access-related risks, exceptions, and control gaps while determining and implementing appropriate mitigation actions.Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Audit, Compliance, Risk, and business teams to support IAM requirements, address escalations, and resolve complex access-related challenges.Identify opportunities to enhance IAM processes and leverage automation and PowerShell scripting to improve efficiency, scalability, and control effectiveness.Maintain IAM operational standards, procedures, documentation, reporting, and metrics to support governance and audit readiness.Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to team members while promoting IAM best practices and continuous improvement.Partner with audit, risk, and compliance teams to support remediation efforts, strengthen controls, and ensure ongoing regulatory and policy compliance.What you will Bring:Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience accepted4-7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), security operations, infrastructure, or related technical rolesDemonstrated experience owning or leading IAM operational activities and controlsStrong understanding of access provisioning, certifications, entitlement management, and access governance principlesHands-on experience with PowerShell for administration, reporting, or automationAbility to evaluate access-related risks and make sound decisions within established control frameworksStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical IAM concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholdersExperience supporting or improving operational processes within a regulated or highly controlled environmentWhat would set you Apart:Experience with ServiceNow or similar Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platformsExperience supporting IAM operational processes, including:Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle managementAccess certifications and periodic access reviewsRole-Based Access Control (RBAC)Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and exception remediationAudit evidence generation and issue remediationExperience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including group and role administrationExposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutionsExperience implementing automation to improve operational efficiency and user experienceCommunication skills – written and verbal for a variety of associates at different levels and information security knowledgeAnalytical – troubleshooting with a risk-based mindsetWhat we offer You:Health Insurance: PGIM Ireland partner with Laya and BUPA to provide health insurance schemes that cover eligible employees day to day medical and hospital expenses.Annual Leave of 23 days at full pay.Pension Scheme: Members of the scheme can contribute up to 8% of salary per annum and PGIM Ireland matches contributions up to 8% of salary.
