Job summary
Laya Healthcare in Dublin/Cork (hybrid) is seeking a Web Analytics & Search Specialist to optimise website performance and internal search. You will collaborate with Digital, Marketing, IT, Product, UX and Content teams to deliver data-driven insights that enhance user journeys and business outcomes.
With strong experience in GA4/Adobe Analytics, Power BI/Tableau, and SEO principles, you will turn complex data into actionable recommendations, influence decisions and drive digital performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Digital Analytics or Marketing related studies are desirable.
- Experience in digital, e-commerce, healthcare or insurance is advantageous.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with analytics.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise web analytics platforms across digital channels.
- Monitor website performance metrics including traffic, engagement and conversions.
- Provide actionable insights to improve customer experience and digital performance.
- Enhance internal search functionality to improve content discoverability.
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for stakeholders.
- Support A/B testing and website optimisation initiatives.
