Job summary

Bentley Systems in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a UX Designer II for a hybrid role. You will join the Integration & Interoperability team to design intuitive experiences that help engineers and asset owners work across Bentley and third-party applications.

You will plan and conduct user research, translate insights into wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex enterprise (B2B) software.
• Strong portfolio showing problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Advanced Figma skills, including components and libraries.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand user needs and define product direction.
• Plan and conduct user research, interviews, and discovery activities.
• Translate findings into wireframes, flows and interactive prototypes.
• Create wireframes, user flows and prototypes for complex workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design process.
• Contribute to Bentley's design system and usability improvements.
