Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a design professional for its Integration & Interoperability team in a hybrid role based in Ireland. You will partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive experiences that span Bentley and third‑party applications.

You will conduct user research, create wireframes and interactive prototypes, and champion the design system across Bentley products while balancing user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex enterprise (B2B) software.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, libraries, and design systems.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams.
• Proficiency in prototyping and concept validation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for complex enterprise software.
• Translate research findings into actionable design insights and solutions.
• Plan and conduct user research, interviews, and discovery activities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design process.
• Participate in design critiques, concept reviews, and solution ideation.
• Validate solutions through usability testing and user feedback.
• Contribute to and champion Bentley's design system.
• Improve workflows across Bentley products and external platforms.
