Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking an experienced UX Designer II to join our Integration & Interoperability team in Dublin. This hybrid role focuses on turning user research into intuitive, enterprise software experiences that span Bentley and third‑party platforms.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, conduct user interviews, create wireframes and interactive prototypes, and contribute to Bentley's design system while improving workflows across products.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex enterprise (B2B) software.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, libraries, and design systems.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams.
• Proficiency in prototyping and concept validation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

UX Designer II

Location: Hybrid - Ireland, Dublin

As a member of the Integration & Interoperability team you will help shape our product portfolio by partnering with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive experiences that help users work seamlessly across Bentley and third- party applications.

Your day-to-day
