Job summary

CSC is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join the GFS PMO. The role blends traditional project management with Agile and Scrum in a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite across Netherlands, UK or Ireland.

You will lead a varied portfolio of initiatives, building clear plans and coordinating with Product, Technology, and leaders to deliver outcomes. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience with delivery success.
• Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Product or Technology project experience preferred.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of high-impact initiatives across products and teams.
• Build clear plans, manage scope, timelines, risks and resources.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and business leaders to align objectives.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and guide teams through evolving priorities.
• Communicate effectively from teams to senior executives.
• Support change management and adoption across stakeholders.
• Apply waterfall, Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery based on project needs.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolve them.
