Job summary

MSD Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Biotech Dublin PMO. You will lead site projects, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure governance across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 8 years total industry experience with at least 4 in PM, and familiarity with Waterfall/Agile methods. Flexible and collaborative work environment offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• PM qualifications (e.g. PMP) desirable.
• 8 years industry experience, 4+ years in PM role.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in vaccines/biologics or sterile pharma environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage selected projects within the site project portfolio.
• Lead improvement projects using appropriate methodologies.
• Define project scope with sponsors at initiation.
• Lead governance cycles and prepare material for meetings.
• Develop and improve PM and risk management processes.
