CSC is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join the GFS PMO. The role blends traditional project management with Agile and Scrum in a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite across Netherlands, UK or Ireland.

You will lead a varied portfolio of initiatives, building clear plans and coordinating with Product, Technology, and leaders to deliver outcomes. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience with delivery success.
• Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Product or Technology project experience preferred.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments a plus.

Technical Project Manager, Technology

Location: Netherlands, United Kingdom or Ireland

Schedule: Permanent, Full Time

Working Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days onsite

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the CSC GFS PMO. This role is ideal for a strong project leader who takes ownership, brings structure to ambiguity, communicates clearly, and can move comfortably between detailed project execution and the bigger business picture.

Our projects are primarily focused on Product and Technology, and we work in a hybrid environment that blends traditional project management with Agile and Scrum practices.

What You'll Do

• Lead a varied portfolio of high-impact initiatives that touch clients, products, and teams across the organization, partnering with leaders and subject matter experts across functions to turn complex objectives into successful outcomes.
• Build clear plans, manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Partner with Product, Technology, business leaders, and subject matter experts to turn complex objectives into clear plans and successful outcomes.
• Bring structure to ambiguity, helping teams move forward when priorities, requirements, or direction are still evolving.
• Communicate effectively at all levels, from working teams to senior executives.
• Support change management and adoption efforts, helping teams and stakeholders understand, prepare for, and successfully navigate change.
• Know when to get into the details and when to step back and provide the bigger picture view.
• Anticipate issues, surface risks early, and drive appropriate decisions and resolutions.
• Build strong, respectful relationships and lead through influence, bringing people together around decisions and outcomes.
• Apply traditional waterfall project management, Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery practices based on what the project requires.
• Continuously look for ways to improve how we work, contributing ideas, lessons learned, and practical improvements that strengthen the PMO and the way we deliver.

What We're Looking For

• Strong project management experience and a demonstrated record of successful delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
• Strong judgment, organization, and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable operating in environments with change, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and make sound decisions without constant direction.
• Thoughtful and self-aware, with a strong ability to listen, ask questions, and contribute constructively.
• Build trust through respectful partnership and understand when to lead, when to support, and when to bring others in.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Product and/or Technology project experience are strongly preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments is a plus.
• Financial services experience is a plus
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
