Job summary

IT Search in Ireland is seeking an experienced IT Agile Project Manager to drive a product-led transformation. You will lead agile adoption, move technical teams toward Scrum, and oversee delivery on AI initiatives to unlock faster value.

This is a mainly remote role with one day a week onsite in Cork; the contract reflects an agile delivery mindset and PMP certification is non-negotiable. You will mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders to sustain momentum.

Qualifications

Mainly Remote (1 day a week in Cork)

Our client are moving to a product led way of working and they need an experienced IT Agile Project Manager to help drive it.

This is a genuine agile transition role. They're shifting their technical teams towards Scrum and want someone who can help them bring their teams along. Solid IT project management is the base you build on, and being properly agile is the bit that matters most here.

You'll also work on AI initiatives, so there's plenty to get your teeth into.

What they need:

PMP certification. This is non negotiable and no other certification will be accepted, so please only apply if you hold it.

Real experience leading agile transformation and moving technical teams towards Scrum.

A strong foundation in IT project management and project delivery.

Comfort working hands on with agile and Scrum technical teams as an Agile Project Manager or Delivery Manager.

The setup:

Mainly remote, with one day a week onsite in Cork. That onsite day is written into the contract.
