Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Business Development Representative in a hybrid Dublin setting to represent a leading technology company. You will generate demand, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with partners and client reps to hit quarterly targets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in tech/channel sales with CRM experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills. The role offers structured training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years experience in technology & channel sales with CRM tool(s).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid knowledge of existing and emerging cloud computing solutions.
• Experience in inside sales, partner and/or relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate demand through campaigns, events, and prospecting to build ISV pipeline and triage partner-sourced opportunities.
• Deliver on quarterly sales targets for specified ISVs enabled on client platforms.
• Qualify and nurture opportunities in collaboration with partners and client field reps.
• Identify customer challenges and map to client contact and partner solution.
• Deliver high-level business and technical messaging to prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with timely updates and establish cross-functional relationships to drive results.
