Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking a Junior Unified Communications Support Engineer to join the M365 Implementation Unit in Dublin. The role focuses on Level 2 support and administration of Microsoft Teams and 365, ensuring a stable, secure communications environment.

Responsibilities include incident handling, Teams policy management, and collaboration with IT teams across Entra ID/Azure AD and Exchange Online. Hybrid setup with on-site presence required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Level 2 ICT Helpdesk/IT Support experience focused on Teams.
• Experience supporting/ administering Teams including policies and apps.
• Working knowledge of MS 365 services and Admin Centre.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 troubleshooting and support for Teams and related services.
• Manage incidents and service requests through to resolution with SLAs.
• Support Teams configuration, users, channels, chats and apps.
• Manage Teams policies, settings and app deployment.
• Monitor and support Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge articles.
• Assist testing and implementation of service changes.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure security and governance.
