Job summary

Codec seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex projects from a hybrid Dublin location. You will oversee PMO activities, coordinate with clients and Codec teams, and ensure delivery commitments and commercial objectives are met while coaching junior managers.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, risks and change requests, and act as a senior escalation point for delivery issues. Strong IT project experience and ERP/CRM knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role as PM.
• Experience with ERP projects (Microsoft Business Central) and CRM/Workflow projects (Microsoft Dynamics) is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to scope, budget and schedule.
• Experience managing cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of large, complex or multiple concurrent projects and provides delivery leadership across customer engagements.
• Hold end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of large, complex or multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead recovery activities for challenged projects and drive corrective actions where required.
• Take ownership of delivery performance across assigned engagements.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and delivery impacts.
• Direct project managers and delivery teams in the successful execution of delivery plans.
• Act as a senior escalation point for significant delivery issues and risks.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Represent Codec professionally in all client interactions.
