Job summary

Morson Group in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a landmark aviation infrastructure programme. You will manage multidisciplinary teams across inception to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC Suite of Contracts.
• Proven ability to manage large capital investment programmes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major civil infrastructure projects across full lifecycle.
• Manage schedules, costs, risks, contracts, and governance.
• Oversee and mentor a team of project managers.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans and resource strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and suppliers.
• Chair project and design review meetings.
• Maintain programme reporting and risk management.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes.
