Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Chartered status (RICS, SCSI, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong experience with NEC contracts.
• Proven track record delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Aviation sector experience or comparable complex environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent cost planning, forecasting and contract administration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management and commercial control across major infrastructure projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and change control processes.
• Review and negotiate variations, claims and final accounts.
• Support procurement activities, tender evaluations, and commercial assessments.
• Monitor project performance, risks and contractor KPIs.
• Provide commercial advice on NEC contracts and complex infrastructure delivery.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
