Job summary

AECOM is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for Civil Aviation Infrastructure to join our Dublin team. The role is primarily site-based, four days on site with one remote day, leading a major multi-year capital programme.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee lifecycle phases from design through to close-out, and coordinate with the Airport Transformation Manager and stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, budget and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction/infrastructure with aviation or major project delivery.
• Experience in live airport environments with safety and stakeholder management.
• Client-side project management experience delivering on-site works.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery, managing schedule, costs, risks, variations and contracts.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan aligned with standards and objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with design consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Chair design review meetings and manage design changes and approvals.
• Maintain RACI and governance frameworks; report progress and risks.
