Title: Senior Project Manager
Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid Working (4 Days Site / 1 Day Remote) | Contract Opportunity 12 months initially | Rate DOE - Circa € 600 per day (Umbrella) | Full time Mon-Fri 8hrs per day

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record delivering major infrastructure programmes in complex operational environments?
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of significant aviation infrastructure projects as part of a major multi-year capital investment programme at one of Irelands most important transport hubs.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key leadership role in the transformation of a nationally significant infrastructure asset, managing projects from inception through to design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful delivery against programme objectives.
You will be responsible for overseeing project performance, governance, commercial delivery, stakeholder engagement, contract management, risk management and programme reporting, while working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and senior programme leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major civil infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Manage project schedules, costs, risks, contracts, change control and governance processes.
• Oversee and mentor a team of Project Managers delivering individual workstreams.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans and resource strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, designers, contractors and specialist suppliers.
• Chair project and design review meetings.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across client, operational and programme teams.
• Maintain programme reporting, performance monitoring and risk management activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across project management processes and controls.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

• Significant experience delivering major construction or infrastructure projects within aviation or similarly complex live operational environments.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience working with the NEC Suite of Contracts.
• Proven success managing large-scale capital investment programmes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and mentoring project managers.
• Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project governance, reporting, cost control, scheduling and risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
