Search Talent in Dublin is recruiting on behalf of a top 10 law firm to hire a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 4-10 years PQE. The role offers exposure to high-profile business disputes and a growing team.

The salary is 100-130k+ depending on PQE and client following. The firm supports a flexible pattern: 2 days from home and 3 days in the office, with international and domestic clients.

Qualificações

• Background in commercial litigation, ideally in disputes resolution and regulatory matters.
• 4-10 years PQE.
• Experience with high-profile business disputes.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and assisting with cases before the superior courts and in alternative dispute resolution.
• Managing and assisting with a range of regulatory matters including investigations, enforcement actions and strategic advisory work.
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, witness statements, submissions and settlement agreements.
• Liaising with counsel.
