Job summary

Consulting Vanuatu Limited in Dublin City Centre seeks a commercial litigation associate with 2-3+ years of PQE to join a growing practice. You will manage a diverse caseload, draft pleadings, and interact with counsel while developing client relationships.

The role offers exposure to high-profile disputes, ADR processes, and opportunities to work closely with Partners across contentious matters. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation
• Track record of working on large scale cases
• Open to business / client development opportunities
• Experience in a mid sized firm would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Managing litigation caseload in all courts, drafting pleadings and liaising with counsel to conclude cases.
• Working on a varied caseload including cross border and shareholder disputes, white collar crime, aviation insurance cases.
• Collaborating with Partners across a range of litigation matters.
• Advising clients on relevant case law and legislation; these roles are client facing.
• Advising clients on ADR options and participating in mediations/arbitrations.
• Advising clients on how to resolve disputes effectively.
• Networking and business development duties.

Our Client is a mid - sized, but growing law firm based in Dublin City Centre. Due to expansion, they require commercial litigation associates with 2-3+ years' experience to fill roles across the dept.

Salary: to €85k

Benefits: Pension, Bonus, Annual Reviews, Healthcare Contribution, WFH, and more

Total Package: up to €100k

Duties:

• Managing litigation caseload in all courts to include drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel (where applicable) and management of case files to conclusion.
• Working on a varied caseload to include, cross border and shareholder disputes, white collar crime, aviation insurance cases amongst others
• Working with with Partners across a range of litigation matters
• Advising clients on relevant case law and legislation. These roles are client facing roles.
• Advising clients on ADR options, and participating in mediations and arbitrations.
• Advising clients on how to resolve disputes effectively.
• Networking and Business Development duties.
