Job summary

DAC Recruitment is assisting a leading international law firm in Dublin to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2+ PQE. The role focuses on high-value domestic and cross-border disputes, with opportunity for direct Partner and client exposure.

You will advise on complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, manage cases, draft pleadings and submissions, and work closely with clients and senior lawyers in a collaborative, hybrid-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Irish-qualified solicitor with 4–6 years' PQE.
• Strong commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm.
• Excellent drafting, research and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the Rules of the Superior Courts.
• Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
• Manage cases and contribute to litigation strategy.
• Draft pleadings, legal submissions and advices.
