Consulting Vanuatu Limited in Ireland is seeking a litigation, dispute resolution, and investigations lawyer with 5+ PQE to join a high-performing team. You will manage a varied caseload, draft pleadings, liaise with counsel, and advise on ADR options.

The role emphasizes client-facing delivery, cross-border disputes, and leadership in end-to-end matter management. The firm offers hybrid work, a competitive salary up to €120k, bonuses, pension, healthcare, and opportunities for career

Competenze

5+ PQE in a medium-tier law firm.
Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills.
Strong leadership qualities, initiative, and ownership of end-to-end delivery.
Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
This role may also suit a litigation lawyer returning to the workforce after a career break.

Mansioni

Managing litigation caseload in all courts to include drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel (where applicable) and management of case files to conclusion.
Working on a varied caseload to include, cross border and shareholder disputes, white collar crime, aviation insurance cases amongst others
Advising clients on relevant case law and legislation. This is a client facing role.
Advising clients on ADR options, and participating in mediations and arbitrations.
Advising clients on how to resolve disputes effectively.
Networking and Business Development duties.
