Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Instructor Senior Analyst in Dublin to facilitate instructor-led trainings, develop training resources, exams, and certifications. You will evaluate current training efforts for ROI and business impact, and collaborate with leaders on development plans.

The role requires conducting training for employees, needs analysis, scheduling classes, on-the-job coaching, and guiding managers on employee development within a hybrid Dublin 2 setting.

Qualifications

The Instructor Senior Analyst is a multifaceted role that does instructional design work and delivers training on a wide variety of topics.The person selected for this opportunity will facilitate instructor‑led training courses, help create training resources, create exams, and certifications. The position will also evaluate existing training efforts to analyze the effectiveness and ROI to the business.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Conduct training for new and experienced employees.

• Perform needs analysis and make training recommendations.

• Establish a feedback loop between learning and leadership.

• Create and schedule classes.

• On‑the‑Job coaching and sales messaging calibration.

• Counsel and provide guidance to managers on employee professional development.

• Build relationships with managers and employees.

• Escalate issues posing business risk to management.

• Utilize the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register class participants, analyze training, and create training reports as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, sales training, sales mentoring, or sales leadership

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in delivering effective sales training curricula.

• Prior experience as a Sales Coach or Team Lead

• Expertise around sales training and sales development

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Hybrid in Dublin 2
