Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Instructor Senior Analyst to design and deliver instructor‑led trainings across diverse topics. You will facilitate courses, develop resources, create exams, and measure ROI while collaborating with managers to support employee development.

The role requires strong experience in sales training and coaching, with a preference for those who have led teams and built training curricula in a hybrid Dublin 2 setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales development, sales training, sales mentoring, or sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register class participants, analyze training, and create training reports as needed.

The Instructor Senior Analyst is a multifaceted role that does instructional design work and delivers training on a wide variety of topics.The person selected for this opportunity will facilitate instructor‑led training courses, help create training resources, create exams, and certifications. The position will also evaluate existing training efforts to analyze the effectiveness and ROI to the business.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, sales training, sales mentoring, or sales leadership
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in delivering effective sales training curricula.
• Prior experience as a Sales Coach or Team Lead
• Expertise around sales training and sales development
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Hybrid in Dublin 2
