Job summary

Croft Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor for a leading Irish Tier 1 Main Contractor, based in Dublin, delivering high-profile Commercial, Hotels, Data Centres, and Industrial projects. The role is hybrid with 2 days on site and 3 days remote, offering €80,000 to €90,000 plus benefits.

You will manage commercial elements from pre-construction to final account, prepare cost plans and tender documentation, monitor costs and variances, liaise with clients and subcontractors,

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience with a main contractor on large-scale projects.
• Strong commercial and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects from pre-construction to final account
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation
• Monitor costs, variations, and financial performance
