Job summary

Vantage Ireland seeks a motivated Precision Agriculture Sales Representative to drive growth across Ireland and parts of the UK. The role is full-time and permanent, combining home-based work with a weekly Cork office meeting.

You will engage with farmers, contractors and dealers, managing the full sales cycle and leveraging leading precision farming technology. You should bring 5+ years of sales experience in agriculture, strong farming knowledge, excellent communication, and a willingness to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in agriculture or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of farming/contracting landscape and customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel within Ireland and occasionally to the UK; full driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle from enquiry to sale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to meet targets.
• Grow customer base and identify new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with farmers, contractors, dealers and stakeholders.
• Understand customers operations and match with suitable technology and equipment.
• Manage the full sales process from demonstration to quotation to sale.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service and support.
• Represent Vantage at shows, events and industry meetings.
• Stay informed on products, market trends and competitors.
