Ace Express Freight is seeking an Operations Specialist in Blakes Cross, Lusk, Co. Dublin. You will support a busy operations team, handling import manifests, bookings, and customer inquiries to deliver excellent service.

Role offers permanent contract with a probation period and a hybrid work option after probation. Strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration within a global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Process day-to-day import manifests and bookings.
• Respond to customer queries with high standards of service.
• Deliver operational requirements to meet customer needs cost-effectively.
• Manage customer accounts and communicate with third party agents and suppliers.
• Maintain billing and costing accuracy and excellent order progress updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Provide operational support on project-based activities as required.
