Ace Express Freight is seeking an Accounts & Claims Administrator to support accounts payable, handling of claims and general office administration within a busy finance function. The role suits detail-oriented individuals with strong numerical skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

The position offers a permanent contract with a probationary period and hybrid working after probation, located at Blakes Cross, Lusk, Co. Dublin.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing supplier invoices and liaising with operations on invoice queries.
• Complete supplier account reconciliations.
• Manage AP email inbox and respond to queries promptly.
• Assist in processing and settling company claims.
• Support process improvements to increase finance function efficiency.
• Assist with ad-hoc finance projects as they arise.
