Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires 2+ years IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting Windows endpoints in an AD environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and Exchange is essential.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and monitor ServiceNow ticket queues.
