Job summary

Amach, a Dublin-based technology company, seeks an IT Contracts Manager to govern and lifecycle-manage technology contracts across cloud, software, and IT services. You will lead negotiations, risk controls, and vendor governance while aligning with Legal and IT teams.

The role is hybrid, requiring presence in Dublin three days per week, with responsibilities spanning contract playbooks, templates, and stakeholder training to drive value and compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification in Business, Law, Procurement, Finance, IT, or equivalent.
• Significant IT contract management, vendor management, procurement, or commercial experience.
• Experience supporting or leading contract negotiations, renewals, and change controls.
• Knowledge of MSAs/SOWs, SLAs, indemnities, confidentiality, audit rights, termination.
• Ability to translate complex terms for non-specialists.
• Excellent multi-tasking, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage pricing, renewals, and termination provisions.
• Ensure data protection, IP, liability, audit rights in contracts.
• Coordinate with IT Cyber, Privacy, and Risk for due diligence.
• Manage software and cloud subscription renewals and calendars.
• Maintain contract records and version control in the CMS.
• Support vendor performance governance and issue resolution.
• Collaborate on sourcing events and statements of work.
• Monitor spend and contribute to budgeting with renewal insights.
• Develop and improve templates and training for stakeholders.
• Advise on approval processes, contract structure, and risk.
• Act as primary Tech contact for legal and procurement.
