Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services (Ireland) Limited seeks an Investor Services Manager to lead a team in daily operations, ensuring timely processing and high-quality client service.

The role focuses on escalations, fund trade approvals, wires, and NAVs, with responsibilities spanning day-to-day oversight and process improvements. Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years Investor Services experience.
• Understanding of Equalisation, Share Series and Private Equity Performance Fee mechanisms.
• Experience managing a team of 3+ people.
• Experience approving investor orders, payments, NAVs for release.
• Experience reviewing Fund Offering documents and fund launches/conversions.
• Experience with manual input and review of domestic and international payments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key escalation contact for clients.
• Review and approve investor trades for daily/weekly/monthly funds.
• Review and approve outgoing wires and fund documentation.
• Oversee daily deliverables including cash reconciliations and NAVs.
• Lead coaching and mentoring of new and existing team members.
• Collaborate with internal relationship managers and external clients.
