Zurich Insurance in Dublin is seeking a Customer Services Administrator to handle client inquiries, policy requests, and life-cycle processing across Corporate and Individual Pensions, Investments & Protection Plans. The role offers initial office-based work with later hybrid flexibility.

The successful candidate will excel in customer-facing communication and team collaboration, with a focus on accuracy and compliance within a dynamic life insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially on the phone.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Well organized, results-driven and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Third level qualification in a relevant area.
• Willing to undertake a professional qualification meeting Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring that our customers come first is a key responsibility of the role
• Dealing with clients/members and brokers/employers and other stakeholders over the phone
• Processing a number of client/member requests through the new business stage/life cycle of their policies. This will involve ensuring that requests are processed in accordance with product rules and the company's processes and procedures
• Complaints handling
• Interacting with other areas of the business e.g. Sales, Propositions, Compliance etc. to improve how we work
