Job summary

Amcor is seeking an HR Business Partner for its Supply Chain function to shape people strategies across a multi-country network, directly impacting 64+ plants in 20 countries. You will partner with senior leaders, HR Directors, and plant GMs to harmonize practices and elevate capability across a diverse network.

You will lead talent development, performance management, and HR transformation initiatives, shaping a more agile, engaged organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations.
• Experience in matrix, international organizations with strong HR business partnering, talent, and capability development.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleLink) and data-driven mindset.
• Change management experience with transformation and engagement.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: Advise Supply Chain leadership and shape people strategies.
• Supply Chain Capability & Talent Development: Design and deliver talent, performance, and succession programs.
• Change & Engagement Leadership: Drive engagement and harmonize HR practices across plants.
• HR Operations & Project Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, policies, and HR systems; manage HR projects.
