Job summary

Kerry Group is seeking a Legal Operations Director to lead strategy, transformation and operational excellence of its Global Legal Function from Naas. Hybrid model requiring three days in the Naas office.

You will drive legal tech, AI, data analytics, and spend governance while shaping how the function scales and delivers value across Kerry’s multinational business. Leading a high‑performing team, you will partner with GC and Legal Leadership Team to set priorities, implement standards, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Management or related field.
10+ years in legal or consultancy environments.
5+ years in legal operations or transformation.
Proven track record in leading complex transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder management and budgeting experience.
Experience with legal technology and AI deployments.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the Legal Operations strategy and operating model.
Lead global transformation initiatives across legal service delivery and governance.
Drive process redesign, automation and simplification.
Oversee legal technology, AI strategy and implementation.
Build data analytics, dashboards and KPI reporting.
Manage external counsel governance and legal spend.
Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing Legal Operations team.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and other functions.
