Job summary

Xtremepush, based in Ireland, is seeking an organised Events Executive for its Marketing Team. The role is hybrid and based in Dublin, starting January 4th, with responsibilities across international conferences, trade shows, customer events and partner activities.

You will work closely with the Events Manager and marketing and sales teams to ensure events are well organised, aligned with objectives and delivered to a high standard.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in event coordination, marketing, hospitality or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident liaising with internal teams, external suppliers and event organisers.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of Xtremepush's global events programme, including conferences, trade shows, customer events and networking activities.
• Coordinate event requirements, registrations, guest lists, RSVPs and timelines.
• Liaise with event organisers, venues, stand builders and suppliers to ensure event requirements are delivered on time.
• Assist with exhibition stand preparation, signage, promotional items and on-site setup.
• Provide on-site support at events, including registration and guest management.
