• 2–3 years’ experience in event coordination or event management.
• Experience coordinating email marketing campaigns and mailing lists.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events from start to finish, including planning, logistics and on-site delivery.
• Manage guest lists, invitations, registrations and RSVP tracking.
• Liaise with venues, suppliers, speakers and internal stakeholders to ensure all arrangements are in place.
• Coordinate event materials, set-up and logistical requirements.
• Attend events on-site to oversee arrangements and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Provide post-event follow-up communications and administration.
• Assist with the planning, creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and edit email content, ensuring communications are accurate, engaging and professionally presented.
• Manage mailing lists and campaign distribution.
• Monitor campaign performance and maintain accurate records.
• Support the wider marketing team with related administrative and coordination tasks as required.
